Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means items must be returned within 14 days of purchase or 14 days of the delivery service marking it as ‘Delivered’ if acquired from the website.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, without any wear or tear, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need an original receipt (or a copy if returning one item out of several purchased at the same time).
Returns that are damaged, soiled or out of the established timeframe may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
To request a return, you can contact us at petcartelworld@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you simply send the package back to the sender’s address without first requesting it, we will not be able to accept such a return.
Once the exchange is approved, the item/s must be sent to us within the next 3 working days.
We do not cover postage shipping or customs costs for exchanges and return. These charge will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and issues (wrong items shipped)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Please contact us by petcartelworld@gmail.com, and we will be able to replace the product as soon as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
